In over 15 years of ministry, I will be the first to admit that ministry is a very challenging roller coaster ride. There are those moments that you are holding on to your seat wondering what just happened because ministry is never ending, then there are those moments that bring you joy and enough fuel to make it another day. Yesterday was one of those days that inspired me to continue to believe in the least likely.
I received a text from someone close to me that said:
Well it's official....I am in my office!!! From a park bench to an office! Unbelievable!!!!!! Thank you for believing in me when I didn't believe in myself completely. Love you bro!
As you go about your day, remember some of the most important words you could ever say to someone is I believe in YOU.
Much Love

I am the husband to my wife, Ashley and Dad to two beautiful daughters, Alexis and Sadie. Since 2003 I have served as lead pastor of Mission Abilene, a church that focuses on the outcasts of society. I am also the co-founder of the STV MOVEMENT. Most importantly, I am imperfect and flawed, yet by the grace of God I am able to share my story of redemption. Welcome to the chronicles of my soul.

I'm honored and excited to announce that Stop the Violence was able to cut a check for over 5,000 dollars to REGIONAL CRIME VICTIM CRISIS CENTER as a result of the proceeds from our event. I can not thank enough those of you that gave and helped raise money for this years event.
Thank you Regional Crime Victim Crisis Center for all you do. You all are truly an inspiration to all of us.

The things we do to make a difference in this world, painted toe nails and duct tape heels...life just doesn't get any better than that...lol
Brothers
Here are some of the guys that endured the police academy with me. It blessed my soul to see them come out and support the STV MOVEMENT.
Thanks guys, be safe out there as you make a difference.
