Reading challenge chapter 1 letter to Galatia

From the beginning Paul addresses some intense issues with the Galatians, therefore right out of the gate he has to establish his authority. That is why he states that he was appointed by Jesus Christ, which confirms his authority. In verse 6 we see Paul’s utter disappointment and bewilderment that the followers are turning away so quickly to follow falsehood. In verse 7 we read what his beef is with this quote “new gospel.” Then Paul addresses the fact that these presenters of the “new gospel” motives are only to pervert the one and only true gospel of Jesus Christ. Then as we transition through the reading to verse 11 we see Paul clearly states where he received the gospel that he shared, he received it as a revelation from God. Then Paul takes even a bolder step, he proves that his message did not come from humanity. I pray you will dig deep as you read this rich letter to the Galatians, and that you will apply it to your life.
