Staff assignment: Review of the book of Titus

The Book of Titus was written by Paul as a letter to Titus. Titus was laboring on an island named Crete. Paul commissioned Titus to delegate people to the office of leader for church. Paul encourages Titus to chose the leaders wisely, Paul also provided Titus with great guidelines to help discern which persons would most likely be the appropriate leaders to handle the needs of the church. Paul also in his letter encouraged Titus not to get involved in disputes with those who were false teachers. As I reviewed the book of Titus for our staff reading assignment, I was greatly challenged, convicted, and encouraged with the words Paul shared with Titus.
